Audition

Sing with the Corvallis Repertory SingersSteve Z and Daniel F.

(Updated December 19, 2023)  The final scheduled audition date for this season is Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from 4-7 p.m.  Auditions will be held on the Oregon State University campus in Community Hall,  Room 303.  Rehearsals for Carmina Burana will begin in April, 2024 and individuals auditioning will be considered for that performance.

 

All singers should come prepared to perform a song at the audition. An accompanist will be provided. Please bring a copy of the music for the accompanist. The audition does not need to be memorized.  An opportunity to provide evidence of musicianship will be provided through a sight-reading exercise. No specific style is required.  Bring something that you think fits your voice well and allows you to sing naturally and expressive.
